By accessing and using MahaSeWA - Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Our platform facilitates connections between housing societies and service providers. We do not handle the actual service delivery, which is arranged directly between the parties. MahaSeWA is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of services booked through our platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

In no event shall MahaSeWA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
